Privacy Policy

There are no accounts here and we collect nothing that identifies you. If this service were breached, there would be nothing to take. No name, no contact details, no routine of yours sits on our side.

  • The routines and step names you type are handled inside this browser only. They are not sent to a server and we keep no copy.
  • Session storage holds how far you got so the same visit is not counted twice. Closing the tab clears it. Routines live in this device's local storage and disappear when you clear browser data.
  • The server counts anonymous events only: the date, the step name such as opened the page or started or finished a routine, the interface language, and a coarse referrer label. Routine names and step names are never sent in any form.
  • To cover running costs we may show Google AdSense ads on the list screen and the finished screen. Google may use cookies or an advertising identifier for this, under Google's own policies. The run screen carries no ads.

Retention and deletion

Nothing personal is stored on the server, so there is nothing to delete there. Routines on your device are removed by the delete button on the list.

This site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects its own analytics script into our pages. We did not add it, so we block the browser from loading it. No data from it leaves your browser. The tag is still inserted upstream, and we would rather tell you than leave it unsaid. We set no cookies.
